(Through Video Conferencing) **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J.(ORAL) This is petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.2 dated 18.4.2021 registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC (Sections 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 201 IPC and Section 66-D of I.T. Act added later on) at Police Station Cyber Crime, Police Station Hisar Range, Hisar, District Hisar.

The allegations against petitioner are that he alongwith co-accused defrauded the complainant of an amount of Rs.96,250/- on the pretext of getting loan sanctioned for the complainant.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2021. The investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel for complainant states that the matter has been compromised between complainant and petitioner. Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to the co-accused.
