Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.04.2018 (Annexure P6) made by the petitioner to release the arrears of family pension to her on account of death of her husband-Kulwant Singh along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that grievance of the petitioner would be redressed if her representation dated 12.04.2018 (Annexure P6) is decided in expeditious manner. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into representation dated 12.04.2018 (Annexure P6) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
