***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the action of respondent No.3 of not granting the arrears of revised pay scale from 01.01.2006 to 30.06.2007, salary for the month of June 2007, payment of CPF (employee and employer's share along with interest accrued thereon) for the period 21.02.2002 to 30.06.2007, T.A. On retirement, honorarium for working as member of SET Core Committee, arrears due to revised pay fixation from 21.02.1997 to 20.02.2002 on account of fixation of pay by respondent and other retiral dues. And further directing the respondent No.3 to release the aforementioned benefits along with 18% interest per annum. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits though various representations were moved to the respondents including legal notice dated 05.01.2017 (Annexure P-15) but till date no conscious decision has Sonika 2017.12.22 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 29691 OF 2017 --2-- been taken by them. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide aforesaid legal notice, within a stipulated period.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Chairman, Board of Governors, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal, Sangrur to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his legal notice dated 05.01.2017 (Annexure P-15) and to decide the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
