Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case 0 # %% 1 *'%

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to, within 15 days from today, surrender before the learned trial Court concerned, and thereupon, if he makes an application before the latter for grant of bail, the latter shall decide the same within two days, but, after affording adequate opportunity of hearing to the opposite party.
