Present writ petition is directed against the order dated 10..02.2014 (Annexure P-12), passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services) whereby claim of the petitioner for allotment of alternate house under the Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme, 2006 has been rejected. At the outset, it is submitted that all connected matters have been disposed of by a coordinate bench in CWP No. 15419 of 2011, decided on 26.04.2017, with liberty to the private respondents to file appeal before the Chief Executive Officer in terms of Section 17 of Scheme of 2016. As a result, the impugned order passed by Permanent Lok Adalat (PUS) is hereby set-aside. If any allotment has been made pursuant to the direction given, same shall not be disturbed till petitioner exhausts the remedy of appeal.
