**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for quashing action of respondents in not granting exemption from type test in view of instructions issued by Government of India as well as State of Haryana and further writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to implement Clause No.5 of the appointment letter dated 21.12.2000. In this regard, had submitted a representation dated 17.07.2019 (Annexure P-5/T), but there is no adherence thereto.

Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 17.07.2019 (Annexure P-5/T) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that if decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to the petitioner. In case,
