(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.38 dated 12.04.2020, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 188 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Subhanpur, who is in custody since her arrest on 13.04.2020.

Ms. Sukriti Gupta, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and has filed power of attorney, which is taken on record. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press present petition and prays for withdrawal. The prayer is accepted.
