(Oral) Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of the interim order dated 12.08.2015, petitioners no. 1 and 3 have been duly registered as Architects by the respondent no. 1-Council of Architecture. Counsel for respondent no. 1 has placed on record a e-mail addressed to the Registrar of the said respondent that in view of the above, the petition qua these students has become infructuous. The said e-mail also mentions that from petitioner no. 2, no such application has been received. Accordingly, keeping in view the stand taken by respondent, counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
