Learned State counsel submits that the charges stand framed on 30.10.2023 and the matter is now listed for prosecution evidence on 25.09.2025, in wake of which, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, realizing that the Court is not inclined, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
