**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Vide order dated 08.03.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been directed to surrender before the Illaqa Magistrate within four weeks from the said date.

As per the report dated 22.04.2021 of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kapurthala, the petitioner has not surrendered. At this stage, it has fairly been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner till date has not surrendered before the Court below.

Since the petitioner has deliberately not complied with the order passed by this Court, she is not entitled for any further indulgence. Dismissed.
