(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the additional service benefits to the petitioners as per Clause 11 of Teacher Transfer Policy, 2016, amended in 2017, Annexure P-1, and letter dated 07.03.2024, Annexure P-2. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 11.06.2024, Annexure P-3, in a specified period. 3.
