Dated Police Station Sections 02.05.2023 Vigilance Bureau, Flying Squad-I, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 409, 420, 465, 466, 468, 471, 120-B IPC (201 IPC added later on) and Section 13(1)(a) & 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act as amended by PC (Amendment) Act 2018 1.

The petitioners apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 10.08.2023, the petitioners were granted interim protection, which is continuing till date. On 01.09.2023, interim order was extended subject to complying with some conditions.

Petitioners' counsel submits that they have deposited the entire compensation amount.

On instructions from Inspector Inderpal Singh, counsel for the State has not disputed the contention made by counsel for the petitioners. 5.
