**** SHALINI SINGH NAGPAL J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks vacation of ex parte interim stay order dated 01.06.2026 of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in CRA-4732026 in case titled 'Inspector Balwinder Kaur Vs. State of Punjab and Others'.

Petitioner, who appears in person, submits that impugned order dated 01.06.2025 vide which operation of order dated 15.11.2025 was stayed was bad in law, being contrary to previous order dated 02.04.2026 of learned Additional Sessions Judge. He further submits that he had put in appearance before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana and moved an application for vacation of stay but the same could not be taken up. It is urged that petitioner would be satisfied in case direction is given to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana to take up the application and decide the same as per law.
