Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 as well as learned counsel for respondent No.3 state that Saroj Devi (respondent No.3 herein) had filed an LPA being LPA-1960-2025 against the order dated 20.05.2025. The said LPA was disposed off vide order dated 11.07.2025 and the following order was passed :

'3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that final relief has been granted by way of an interim order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge. The challenge in the writ petition was made by persons who were in no manner contesting or claiming for the post. AMAN JAIN 2025.07.30 09:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

COCP-3158-2025 (O&M) -24. Prima facie, we find that in a Writ of Quo Warranto, final relief cannot be granted by an interim order. While we allow the Hon'ble learned Single Judge to continue the proceedings in the writ petition, we stay the effect and operation of the interim order dated 20.05.2025, till the disposal of the writ petition.

5. With the aforesaid observations, appeal stands disposed of.'

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. 3.

Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
