**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking appointment for the post of Supervisor (Female) under the Economically Backward Persons in General Category (EBPGC). She has got the certificate EBPGC on 15.03.2018 and the selection process for the post of Supervisor (Female) was already over and the result has already been declared in the month of October, 2018. The petitioner could not participate in the interview.

This Court vide order dated 16.11.2018 directed the petitioner to find out whether any seat is still lying vacant but today learned counsel has not been able to inform the Court.

Keeping in view the fact that the result has already been declared and there is no seat lying vacant, the present petition is dismissed.
