*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. The plaintiff assails the correctness of the order dated 13.01.2020 passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Khadur Sahib, District Tarn Taran, whereby his evidence has been closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has already led his evidence except his own evidence. He informs the Court that the plaintiff could not come forward to face the cross examination on the date fixed due to the outbreak of Covid-Pandemic and consequential restricted functioning of the Courts.

It has been noticed that the impugned order was passed before the outbreak of the Covid-Pandemic.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to interfere in the impugned order is made out.

Dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
