For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and with the consent of parties, main petition is taken up for hearing today itself.

CWP No.28029 of 2018 Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant writ petition, in view of the changed circumstances. It is argued that the petitioner was aggrieved against his dismissal order, which now stands converted to stoppage of five annual increments with permanent effect. It is submitted that the petitioner seeks to challenge the order of punishment of stoppage of five increments as well as to raise grievance against his reinstatement in service without back wages.
