NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of order dated 30.05.2019 whereby charges have been framed against the petitioner and co-accused in FIR No.342 dated 11.10.2018 under Sections 12, 17 of the POCSO, 452, 323, 34, 506, 509, 354 PC and FIR No.342 dated 11.10.2018 under Sections 323, 342, 452, 506, 509, 34 IPC and 12/17 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Sohna, District Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.

Ordered accordingly.
