Present writ petition for quashing the inaction of respondents No.1 to 3 for not granting promotion to the petitioner as Manager since 14.08.1995 and releasing consequential benefits thereto, along with interest. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 02.02.2018 (Annexure P10) and thereafter, again on 02.04.2018 (Annexure P12), but no action has been taken thereon so far by the respondents. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice 02.04.2018 (Annexure P12) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
