Prayer made in the writ petition for grant of pay scale to the petitioners at par with HCMS doctors with effect from 01.01.2006 as per recommendation dated 07.04.2015 (Annexure P6). Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that vide letter dated 07.04.2015 (Annexure P6), the matter remained pending with the State of Haryana without any reasons having been taken and grievance of the petitioners would be redressed if final decision in the matter is taken at the earliest.
