In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to recall the tender, i.e., Annexure P-4 for the fresh bidding.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
