**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of CWP Nos. 29774, 29800 & 29807 of 2017, as according to learned counsel for the parties, the issue involved therein is identical. However, the facts are being extracted from CWP No. 29774 of 2017. 2.

In CWP No. 29774 of 2017, the petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of Certiorari, for quashing of notification No. 17/2002-Cus (N.T.), dated 07.03.2002 (Annexure P4) as amended and summons dated 06.12.2017 (Annexure P-10), whereby, respondent No.4, acting beyond his territorial and subjective jurisdiction has directed the petitioner to appear before him. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.3 & 4 submitted that the cases of the aforesaid writ petitioners have been transferred to Ludhiana for investigation by the DRI, Ludhiana. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondents JAWALA RAM 2019.04.05 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 29774 of 2017 - 2 - No.3 & 4 in Court today, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that the present writ petitions have been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
