(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the letter dated 5th September, 2014 (Annexure P-17) averring that the respondents are trying to review the order dated 13th May, 2002, whereby the land of the petitioners was released from the acquisition proceedings. 2.

It was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that at this stage no adverse orders have been passed, which may give cause for grievance to the petitioners. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority for the relief as claimed in the present writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
