Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to release provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment, arrears of dearness allowance and other retiral benefits along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner superannuated on 30.06.2018 and he has not been paid his retiral benefits and for that purpose, he also made representation on (Annexure P1) on 30.07.2018, but the same has not been decided so far by the respondents. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Rukhsaar Dhindsa, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
