Mr. Devender S. Nirban, Advocate for the petitioner. *** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. The plaintiff prays for one final opportunity to conclude her evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the plaintiff has already examined 4 witnesses on her behalf. He further contends that the Court closed the evidence without granting proper opportunity to the petitioner.

Without going into the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to grant one last opportunity to the petitioner to produce her entire evidence within one month from today subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/-, which shall be payable to the defendants. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to produce her entire evidence on the date to be fixed by the Court. The deposition of costs shall be pre-condition for getting opportunity.
