The instant petition is disposed with a direction to the petitioners to make an application before the Assistant Collector concerned, for seeking a fresh demarcation of the petition land along with the contiguous thereto land of the Gram Panchayat concerned. 3.

Before proceeding to make demarcation of the disputed site, the empowered revenue officer concerned, shall make an intimation to all the affected persons. Moreover, in his making the demarcation of the disputed land, he shall carry along with him, to the disputed sites, the masawi as well as the other contemporaneous records. Moreover, he shall also ensure, that while making the said demarcation, he complies with the mandate(s) appertaining to the conducting of valid demarcation of the disputed site, and, GURPREET SINGH 2023.04.12 14:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement as becomes embodied in Punjab Land Records manual.

In case a decision adversarial to the petitioners herein, is made in the demarcation report, thereupon, it is open to the concerned, to proceed to draw an application under Section 7 of the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, before the competent authority concerned. 5.
