Only grievance of the petitioner is that its bills have not been cleared for the work done by it. According to him, representation, Annexure P-3 is still pending with the department.

Petition is disposed of with the direction that decision in representation be taken expeditiously in any case not later than six weeks. If any amount is found due to the petitioner, payment of same would be released to it.
