The petitioners are residents of village Saat Road Kalan, Tehsil and District Hisar. They claim that the Gram Panchayat had executed gift deeds in their favour for allotment of 100 sq.yards plots, but possession of the same has not been delivered to them till date. The petitioners have in this regard submitted certain applications but finding no action, the instant writ petition has been filed.

[2] The question whether the petitioners are eligible for allotment and consequently deserve to be given possession of the plots are essentially question of facts which can be effectively determined by the local authorities. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with a direction to Deputy Commissioner, Hisar, to hold a fact finding enquiry through the BDPO Meenu 2018.01.09 12:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh concerned and determine whether the petitioners are entitled to be given
