The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the enquiry proceedings pending before respondent No.4 which has been illegally started against the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.
