*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) The petitioners are in possession of certain land opposite Atlas Factory in Sonipat. They have constructed shops thereupon and allegedly have been in possession for many years. A petition for eviction was filed by the Railways Department under the Haryana Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971. The petition has been allowed and appeal there-against has been disposed of vide order dated 29.04.2022 and the respondents have been directed to grant them an opportunity of hearing and to pass an order only after going through documents which may be produced by them. Thus, the present writ petition has been filed.

In view of order dated 29.04.2022, the petitioners have no cause of action to maintain the present writ petition as admittedly, no subsequent order has been passed by the Railways Department.
