Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the complaint case bearing No.COMA180-2021 dated 29.11.2021 titled 'Sanhinta vs. Rajesh Sahukari & Ors.' filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that although he is not in contact with the petitioners, however, in view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
