In the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 26.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2, vide which, the petitioners have been selected for Lower School Course List B-1 of the year 2024, which is scheduled to be held w.e.f. 08.06.2026 at HPA Madhuban, whereas, the petitioners have given their unwillingness to undergo the course.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similar issue has been considered by this Court in CWP-24483-2025 titled as EHC Sandeep Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others and the same was disposed of vide order dated 04.09.2025, wherein, it has been held that the petitioners cannot be compelled to undergo Lower School Course and thereafter, seeks promotions. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Vaibhav Sharma, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that aggrieved against the order dated ANU 2026.06.10 15:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-19052-2026 04.09.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of EHC Sandeep Kumar (supra), LPA-122-2026 titled as State of Haryana and others Vs. Sandeep Kumar and others has been filed by the State, in which, notice of motion has been issued, but no interim order has been passed.

Taking into consideration that the similar issue has already been decided in the case of EHC Sandeep Kumar (supra) and there is no interim order passed in LPA-122-2026, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to re-consider the case of the petitioners for the purpose of undergoing Lower School Course List B-1 of the year 2024 in light of EHC San deep Kumar's case (supra) .

The present writ petition is disposed of in the abovesaid terms. 7.
