RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.12, dated 28.01.2022, under Sections 363, 364-A, 366-A IPC,registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, Annexure P-2, dated 20.08.2022.

Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy, in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
