-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.77 dated 7.8.2022 registered under Sections 447, 506, 379/34 IPC at Police Station Bhadson District Patiala.

On the last date of hearing the petitioner was directed to join investigation with the police in the light of the fact that prior to registration of the FIR, civil litigation was already going on between the parties with regard to immovable property.

( 2 ) CRM-M-40803-2022 Today counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order dated 7.9.2022 passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and further submitted that petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 7.9.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
