AMARJOT BHATTI J (ORAL) Learned counsel representing State on instructions from HC Gurmeet Singh pointed out that present petitioner is already acquitted by the trial Court on 09.12.2025. However, the learned counsel representing petitioner was not having this information.

In view of the aforesaid factual position, the present regular bail petition filed in FIR No.32 dated 21.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) stands dismissed having rendered infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands disposed of accordingly.
