This petition is filed by two students of respondent No.3Institute who have challenged the orders dated 20.10.2015 and dated 05.11.2015 passed by respondent No.2.

It may be categorically mentioned that earlier respondent No.3 itself had filed CWP No.26491 of 2015 titled as "Doon Valley Institute of Pharmacy and Medicine vs. State of Haryana and another", which was dismissed on 22.04.2016.

Thus, in view of the decision rendered in Doon Valley Institute of Pharmacy and Medicine's case (supra), I do not find any merit in the present petition and hence, the same is hereby dismissed. May 09, 2016 (Rakesh Kumar Jain) vinod* Judge
