On the statement made by learned counsel for the respondentBank on January 19, 2018 an opportunity was given to the petitioner to deposit the over due amount of `3.35 lacs and get the loan account regularised. Her counsel states that petitioner is in a position to deposit only `1.00 lac within a week.

[2] Taking a lenient view, it is directed that in case the petitioner deposits over due amount of `3.50 lacs before 28.03.2018 in two installments, which include the deposit of `1.00 lac within one week, the loan account may be regularised.

[3] Disposed of.
