Prayer made in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 27.04.2022, Annexure P-1.

Learned counsel submits that the order rejecting the application for renewal with the observation that she has no knowledge about handling of the weapon, against which the appeal filed was also dismissed, is not one of the ground which are provided in Section 17(3) and (4) of the Arms Act, 1959 as there is no finding recorded that she had either suppressed any material information or given wrong information at the time of applying for the license or contravened any conditions or misused the weapon. 3.

The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the respondents would not be averse to have a relook at the matter and decided afresh, taking note of the aforesaid submissions, within a period of 3 months, uninfluenced by the order dated 27.04.2022, Annexure P-1, which this Court has no reason HAMANT 2025.05.16 18:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
