Status report has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. It has been stated therein that person who demanded illegal gratification namely Atul Monga has been dismissed from service and Deputy Commissioner, Fazilka directed that petitioner be paid salary from 01.04.2018 to 20.06.2018.

Petitioner is satisfied with this. He, however, submits that opportunity of hearing may be granted to him as regards his termination. Learned State counsel submits that same shall be granted by the Deputy Commissioner, Fazilka within three weeks from today. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of .
