The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to grant him the benefit of the higher placement under Dynamic Assured Career Progression Scheme, after rendering 9 and 14 years of service, which regard to which, a representation dated 17.03.2015, Annexure P-10, has been submitted and recommendations had been made by the Principal on 03.04.2012, Annexure P-6 and 17.02.2016, Annexure P-12. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the said benefit has been granted to the employees, who were junior to the petitioner and the judgments on this issue have already been rendered in the cases of Dharam Pal and Others vs. State of Punjab and Others, CWP-2502-2015, decided on 09.05.2017 and Pritpal Kaur vs. State of Punjab and Others, CWP-16914-2014, decided on 05.04.2017. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner seeks permission to supplement the previous representation, giving details and by relying on the aforesaid judgments, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound MOHIT 2025.01.14 13:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner supplements the representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, within a further period of 6 months, taking note of the afore-referred judgments which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
