Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to declare the petitioner eligible and qualified for the post of Clerk and issue appointment letter for the said post. On previous date of hearing i.e. 24.03.2022, no one had appeared on behalf of petitioner. Today also, position is the same. In view of above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition.
