*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. Through this petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to pay compensation with interest for the acquired land.

Learned State counsel has forwarded a copy of the order dated 08.11.2021 passed by the Land Acquisition Collector rejecting the claim. The same is taken on record.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after assailing the correctness of the order passed by the Land Acquisition Collector on 08.11.2021. The petitioner shall be entitled to claim the amount under various heads in the fresh petition.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
