This is the third petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.64 dated 24.06.2018 registered under Sections 395, 379-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga (Annexure P-1).
Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition Dismissed as withdrawn.
