The petitioner has approached this Court impugning the orders dated 20.11.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar and 05.10.2020, passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Yamuna Nagar, whereby appeal and application filed by the petitioner for releasing him on bail was dismissed. Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of at this stage being not maintainable as the issue of juvenility of the petitioner, as directed by this Court vide separate order pronounced today in connected case bearing CRR-4-2021, is to be decided by the Juvenile Justice Board.

However, petitioner would be at liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law after the decision of the Juvenile Justice Board on the issue of his juvenility.
