The interim order dated 20.12.2024 stands recalled. In view of the above, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an application for its revival in case any cause of action still subsists.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court forthwith.
