The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 307 of IPC, 1860, and Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 302, 148, 216, 201, 120B of IPC added later on), in FIR No. 251, dated 15.07.2020, registered at Police Station City Sohna, District Gurugram. 2.
Since all the 55 prosecution witnesses have already been examined, in view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the prayer for regular bail. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
