(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.250 dated 05.07.2023 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Sohana, District S.A.S. Nagar. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for issuance of directions to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, District S.A.S. Nagar, to look into the representation dated 17.07.2023 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the restricted prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District S.A.S. Nagar, to look into the representation dated 17.07.2023 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, if required, in accordance with law.
