The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 21.03.2024, passed by respondent No.1-learned Financial Commissioner, Punjab (Annexure P-9), passed in the Revision Petition i.e. ROR/09/2021 titled as Gurdev Singh and others vs. Gurkirat Kaur and others, whereby the aforementioned revision filed by the petitioners has been dismissed in default.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant Writ Petition has been filed without annexing the order dated 25.07.2024, passed by the learned Financial Commissioner, Punjab whereby, the application for recalling the order dismissing the Revision Petition filed by the petitioners for non-prosecution, therefore he prays that he may be HIMANI GUPTA 2024.08.06 10:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh
