(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant monthly honorarium, yearly uniform allowance, lathi and battery allowance to the petitioner in terms of judgment dated 20.02.2019 (Annexure P-3). Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr.R.K.Doon, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 26.03.2019 (Annexure P-4) within some specified time.

In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
