Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the requisite documents required to be placed on record could not be arranged. He thus prays for some time to do the needful. It is, however, noticed that since 09.07.2025, the petitioner has been seeking dates for placing on record the requisite documents and the case has already been taken up on as many as six occasions and this is the seventh time when the case has been called up.

The present petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage with liberty to the Counsel for the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action as and when the documents are available with them, if so advised.
